Our range of artisanal breads are made from scratch and contains only four basic ingredients – flour, water, salt & yeast. Good things take time – We follow slow fermentation method for maximum flavor, texture and aroma. Some of our country breads are baked with dough that has been left to ferment overnight which gives its distinct crunchy crust and soft chewy crumb. Hand rolled, shaped and baked to perfection.
